Getting your driver’s license in Washington starts with the official state knowledge test, and Blessed Driving School available 1-3 times daily. Here’s what you need to know:

Cost:
The state knowledge test is priced at $35.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be at least 15-1/2 years old to take the test, or have completed a teen driver’s Ed course if under 15-1/2.
A Washington state ID number is required, which is found on a Washington state ID card or permit.
Language Options:
The knowledge test is available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, and Japanese without the need for a special request.
Washington State ID Number:
Obtain a Washington state ID number from your ID card, permit, or driver’s license. If you don’t have these cards, a free registration is available.
Test Expectations:
The test consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, is done on paper, and requires at least 32 correct answers to pass.
The session lasts 1 hour, and it’s recommended to arrive a few minutes early.
Only one test attempt is permitted per session, with a maximum of 3 written tests per day.
What to Bring:
Bring $35 for the test fee and a photo ID (state ID card, school ID, passport, etc.).
